Use in Cancer
Ciltacabtagene autoleucel is approved to treat:
- Multiple myeloma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. It is used in adults who have received at least one line of treatment that included a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulating agent and whose cancer did not respond to treatment with lenalidomide.
Ciltacabtagene autoleucel is only available as part of a special program called Carvykti REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies).
