This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs mechlorethamine hydrochloride, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vinblastine sulfate, vincristine sulfate, bleomycin, and etoposide phosphate and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.
