This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), procarbazine hydrochloride, doxorubicin hydrochloride (Adriamycin), bleomycin, and vinblastine sulfate and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.
