Use in Cancer
Elotuzumab is approved to treat:
- Multiple myeloma. It is used:
- With lenalidomide and dexamethasone in adults who have received one to three other types of treatment.
- With pomalidomide and dexamethasone in adults who have received at least two other therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.
