Use in Cancer
Nadofaragene firadenovec-vncg is approved to treat:
- Non-muscle–invasive bladder cancer with carcinoma in situ. It is used in adults whose cancer does not respond to treatment with bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) and has a high risk of coming back.
Nadofaragene firadenovec-vncg is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
