This chemotherapy combination contains the drugs oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, and leucovorin calcium (folinic acid). Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.

Use in Cancer
OFF is used to treat:
- Pancreatic cancer that is advanced and has gotten worse after treatment with gemcitabine hydrochloride.
This combination may also be used with other drugs or treatments or to treat other types of cancer.
