Use in Cancer
Olutasidenib is approved to treat:
- Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has a mutation in the IDH1 gene. It is used in adults whose cancer has come back or has not gotten better with other treatment.
Olutasidenib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
