This combination contains the chemotherapy drugs etoposide phosphate, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (hydroxydaunomycin), the targeted therapy drug rituximab, and the steroid hormone prednisone. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.
